Description

Responsibilities

  1. Build system-level and module-level verification environment for mixed digital-analog SoC chips;
  2. Understand functional design of chip architectures and modules, and be responsible for or direct circuit design engineers to complete circuit modeling;
  3. Develop the verification plan and complete AMS verification of mixed digital-analog chips according to project requirements;
  4. Write design documents according to specifications.


Requirements

  1. Bachelor’ degree with more than 5 years of experience;
  2. Proficient in circuit modeling and function simulation using Verilog-AMS;
  3. Experience in mixed digital-analog chip design is preferred;
  4. Proactive, conscientious and responsible;
  5. Location: Shanghai.
