Responsibilities

1. Test the chip function and performance according to the product specification, and develop test cases and plans;
2. Build the chip test platform. Prepare the chip product test plan, test tools and test cases;
3. Responsible for the design and debugging of software and hardware required for chip function, performance and reliability testing;
4. Assist chip design engineers in analyzing and locating chip problems and verifying the effectiveness of solutions.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science, communications and electronics, and more than 1 year of experience in high-speed circuit system testing;
2. Proficient in high-speed and RF chip testing processes, familiar with S-parameter, spectrum, eye diagram, noise and other testing methods;
3. Proficient in using high frequency test instruments such as PNA, spectrum meter, BERT, high-speed oscilloscope;
4. Programming skills of chip test control software (VB, Python) and test hardware design;
5. Good organizing and learning skills, communication and coordination capabilities.
