Responsibilities

1. Test the chip function and performance according to the product specification, develop test cases and and plans;
2. Assisting in building chip test platforms, preparing chip test plans, test tools and test cases;
3. Responsible for the design and debugging of software and hardware required for chip function, performance and reliability testing;
4. Assist chip design engineers in analyzing and locating chip problems and verifying the effectiveness of solutions.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer, communication, electronics;
2. Familiar with high-speed and RF chip testing processes, S-parameters, spectrum, eye diagram, noise and other testing methods;
3. Proficient in using high frequency test instruments such as PNA, spectrum meter, BERT, high-speed oscilloscope
4. Programming skills of chip test control software (VB, Python) and test hardware design;
5. Good organizing and learning skills, and communication and coordination capabilities.
