Description

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for and involved in the design of high-speed, high-precision ADC/DAC, and other analog circuit modules;
  2. Mixed digital-analog signal circuit modeling, simulation and verification;
  3. Guide layout engineers in layout design;
  4. Write design documents according to specifications;
  5. Chip testing and debugging.


Requirements

  1. Master's degree with 2 years of work experience or PhD with experiences of independent and autonomous design of analog chips or analog circuit modules;
  2. Familiar with CMOS process;
  3. Proficient in circuit design and simulation using Cadence Virtuoso;
  4. Experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design such as ADC/DAC/BandGap/LDO is preferred.
